
This label, enshrined in the Consumer Law, is based on specifications that combine the professionalism and qualifications of the chef, the traceability and seasonality of the products or even the requirement of entirely homemade cuisine. This title is intended to reward establishments of excellence, both small bistros and gourmet restaurants, all of which guarantee authentic cuisine. Based on a voluntary approach by restaurateurs, the label is also a guarantee for consumers.
